However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so we kindly ask that you place your order carefully.

Due to the nature of international shipping, returns and exchanges may be limited, so please make sure to read the following information before placing your order.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• We currently do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders.

If you would like to return or exchange a product, you will be responsible for all shipping fees (to and from Korea), as well as any customs duties or taxes incurred.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

• All returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

If you receive:

• A damaged item due to shipping

• An incorrect item that you did not order

• Please note that custom-made items, as well as certain products such as paper goods, postcards, and stickers, cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
